My name is Chad Farmer, and I’m passionate about fishing and my family—my wife Kayla and our two kids, Vivian and Noah. We live in Pulaski, New York, one of the most well-known fishing towns in North America.
Growing up here, I found peace on the water. While many chased world class salmon and steelhead, I fell in love with bass fishing—escaping the crowds and casting until sunset whenever I could. Over time, that passion became something I share with my family, and some of my best days are now spent on the water with them.
With long Upstate New York winters keeping me off the boat, I started making soft plastic baits as a hobby to curb that itch to get back out there. I soon found the same peace creating baits as I did tucked into a bay casting for big bass.
That’s how F3 Bait Co. came to life—short for Farmer Family Fishing. Our goal is simple: create high-quality, affordable baits designed and tested by real fishermen. We focus on proven, confidence designs and classic color combinations so you can make the most of your time on the water. We only get one chance at this life, spend it doing something you love.
